Rabbi Gershon Winkler
and his wife Rabbi Mariam Maron, R.N., M.A. provide deep insights into our Heart and Soul through Kabbalistic/Shamanic Judaism.  As quoted from the Walking Stick website: “Employing his usual combination of ancient texts, soul-stirring chants, shamanic journeying and deep belly humor, Gershon will marinate us in the lesser-promulgated teachings of ancient Jewish mystery wisdom that defy conventional religious thinking and challenge us toward heightened consciousness, inner healing, and joyful audacity.”

Talks by people who have radical ideas to share with the world.  Two favorites of mine: Olaful Eliasson is the artist who transformed NYC’s bridges into magnificent waterfalls (see: www.nycwaterfalls.org); and Chris Jordan who creates photographic images of 21st century excess.  Enter their names in the ted.com search field.

This site is for those who need a reason to give up eating meat.  And www.foodincmovie.com shows us how our food
is engineered to produce disease. Jane Goodall has a new vegan cookbook, #EATMEATLESS: Good for Animals, the Earth & All.
As the title states, not eating animals is not only good for you, but for our entire Dear World as well. Another excellent vegan cookbook is: The Cajun Vegan Cookbook: A Modern Guide to Classic Cajun Cooking and Southern-Inspired Cuisine, by Krimsey Lilleth.
There is no giving up spices and rich flavor when you give up meat!

Marion Rosen
is alive, and still working in her 90’s.  A Rosen Work experience helped change my life (see: my Blog post: August 6, 2008). After this profound experience, I wrote:
Marion developed the Rosen Method which asks the practitioner to use simple touch, unadorned, without expectation of eliciting a response.  It is this simple touch given without ego, without oils or flourish or expectation, which unlocks feelings which have remained hidden for years, nay lifetimes.  The miracle of Rosen work is truly the miracle of Life itself.  The ability to store, and when the ground is ready, to release.
